Melinda George – Licensed Conveyancer, has completed a Bachelor of Laws degree and the Conveyancing Law and Practice course. Melinda has more than 20 years’ experience in the legal industry, having worked in well-known international, city and local law firms. Melinda is passionate about conveyancing and aims to provide clients with a stress free outcome. Whether you are a first home buyer or property investor, we welcome the opportunity to assist you with your property transaction.

We offer free quotes for our services and can assist you with an in home visit if you are not mobile or you are welcome to attend our Caringbah office by appointment. We offer our services in person or via electronic platforms such as Docusign.

We are available if you urgently require a section 66W certificate to ensure you secure a property as well as Justice of the Peace services if you are a client.
