Melinda George – Licensed Conveyancer and Justice of the Peace, has completed a Bachelor of Laws degree as well as the Conveyancing Law and Practice course. Melinda has more than 20 years’ experience in the legal industry, having worked in well-known international, city and local law firms. Melinda is passionate about conveyancing and aims to provide clients with a stress free outcome. Whether you are a first home buyer or property investor, we welcome the opportunity to assist you with your property transaction.
We offer free quotes for our services and are happy to come to you and specialise in home / office visits or you are welcome to attend our Caringbah office . We offer our services in person or via electronic platforms such as Docusign.
We are available if you urgently require a section 66W Certificate to ensure you secure a property as well as Justice of the Peace services if we have provided advice on a contract for sale.
