Melinda George

Melinda George – Licensed Conveyancer and Justice of the Peace, has more than 20 years’ experience in the legal industry, having worked in well-known international, city and Sutherland Shire based law firms. Melinda is passionate about conveyancing and aims to provide clients with a stress free outcome.

We offer free quotes for our services and are happy to come to you and specialise in home / office visits or you are welcome to attend our Caringbah office . We are also available for out of hours appointments if necessary. We offer all of our services via digital channels as well - email, voice, video conferencing - our systems and processes are set up on state of the art technology platforms.

We are available if you urgently require a section 66W Certificate to ensure you secure a property as well as Justice of the Peace services if we have provided advice on a contract for sale.

We hold a Corporation Licence and Professional Indemnity Insurance.  

We are also a full member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (NSW Branch) and have been completing PEXA Settlements since introduction into the industry.
